Objection Login

Settlement Class Members can object, If they don’t like some part of the Settlement, by giving reasons why they think the Court should not approve it. Objections must either be made in writing, by mailing your objection to the Claims Administrator or submitting the objection online.

Objections may also be done orally at the Final Approval Hearing on October 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. PST. Settlement Class Members can present or have their own lawyer do so for them, but that is not required; the judge will consider the objection whether or not they come to the Final Approval Hearing and whether or not you hire a lawyer. Settlement Class member may include any documents that the judge should to consider with the objection.

To object, you must submit your Objection no later than July 21, 2025.

If you did not receive notice (via email or mail), or no longer can locate it, please call (833) 296-0833 to verify your identity and membership in the Settlement Class and receive further information on how to file an Objection.
